The fine print, transparent.

What term and notice period?

Cancel monthly, no minimum term. A one-time setup fee, then the monthly price — you can cancel at the end of any month.

How is it invoiced?

Setup once at contract start, monthly upfront. Invoice by email, payment by bank transfer or Swiss direct debit (LSV). No credit card required.

Data protection — where does the data live?

EU hosting in Germany (Hetzner), GDPR-compliant — Swiss servers on request (Enterprise). We process publicly available commercial register data plus — for Monitoring — your UID and customer list. This list is never shared, aggregated or used to train models.

Can we upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Tier changes are possible at any time. On upgrade we bill the pro-rated difference. On downgrade the paid tier runs through the end of the billing month.

What if we need more than Enterprise?
