LEADRADAR PRO · MONITORING RADAR

When your customer files for bankruptcy, you know. The same day.

Monitoring Radar watches the commercial register for your existing customers and alerts you on every relevant event — bankruptcy, liquidation, management change, address change.

◆37 EVENTS
◆11 RISK SIGNALS
◆DAILY
◆CSV · API · UID

Most companies hear about customer events too late — from the press, from collections, or when the invoice stops getting paid. By then open receivables are often lost, contracts unresolved, and the chance for a follow-on relationship missed.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps to set up.

01

You upload your customers.

CSV, UID list or via our API. We normalise the names and match them reliably against the commercial register.

02

We watch every day.

Every night we match all SHAB publications against your customer list. No manual research, no gaps.

03

We only report what matters.

Filtered notifications by email, platform task or API. You decide per event type whether and how to be alerted.

HOW THE ALERT ARRIVES

A clear notification. No dashboards you have to interpret yourself.

Every event appears as a task in your platform and — if you configured it — as an email to the responsible person. With context, recommended action and direct link to the official entry.

WHAT WE REPORT — RISK

Events that cost money if you react late.

These eleven signals are flagged red in the platform and optionally trigger an immediate email.

Bankruptcy

The strongest risk signal. Secure receivables, freeze contracts, contact the trustee.

Bankruptcy opened

DEBA Art. 175 — bankruptcy proceedings opened. Secure receivables immediately, stop shipments.

Dissolution

Orderly wind-down. Early action protects your claims.

Liquidation

Ongoing liquidation. Early contact with the liquidator is often decisive.

Deletion

Company is removed from the commercial register. A final signal — close out open relationships now.

Capital decrease

Balance sheet weakness. Shorten payment terms before the debtor defaults.

Spin-off

Liabilities may shift to a new entity. Check contract continuity.

Asset transfer

Assets are being moved. Often a signal for structural changes affecting your claims.

Court ruling

Judicial order — often a precursor to bankruptcy or liquidation. Early warning before the formal status change reaches SHAB.

Composition agreement

DEBA Art. 293ff — debt restructuring with a commissioner. Review contracts, file claims.

Composition moratorium

Provisional or definitive moratorium. Review contracts and shipments — the company is insolvent or close to it.

WHAT WE REPORT — OPPORTUNITY

Not every event is bad news.

Some changes are exactly the moment to reach out again or expand the engagement.

Management change

New decision-makers at your customer. Often the right moment for a fresh introduction.

Purpose change

New business area. New needs you can serve.

Capital increase

Growth signal. Budgets open up, projects get bigger.

Address change

Location move. A reason to discuss existing contracts and new local services.

Merger

Structural shift. Who takes over the contract, who is the new contact?

Legal form change

New legal structure at your customer. A reason to advise, renegotiate or adjust ongoing contracts.

Name change

New company name. Rebranding, repositioning or ownership change — often a moment when supplier relationships are reviewed too.

Liquidation revoked

The company comes back. A rare comeback signal — an opening for new framework deals or renewed supplier status.

Re-entry

Re-entered in the commercial register. New attempt, new contact — often under new terms.

Branch office

New branch at your customer. Expansion signal — opportunity for an extended mandate, local deliveries, rollout support.

Articles amended

Deeper structural change. Often new ownership or governance — good moment to re-pitch your services.

WHO IT’S FOR

For any company with existing customers.

Monitoring Radar works anywhere a change at a customer matters — for the mandate, the invoice or the next deal.

Protect your client book.

Every change at the customer is both risk and reason to reach out. Be the first to know when leadership, capital or address shifts.

Control debtor risk.

Protect open receivables and ongoing contracts. Immediate alert on liquidation, capital reductions or bankruptcy — safeguards margin and cash flow.

Grow inside the base.

New decision-makers, new business areas, new locations. Every event is a chance for a bigger order or an expanded engagement.

PLATFORM INTEGRATION

The same CRM as Leads.

Every event lands in one dashboard. Tasks, assignments, notes, activities — seamlessly integrated. Anyone already using LeadRadar will feel at home. New users have nothing to configure: upload the customer list, done.

ALTERNATIVES

Three common ways to learn about customer events — and why none of them is reliable.

Most companies monitor their customers in one of these three ways. Each has a clear weakness.

01

Manually reading SHAB

Someone reads the daily official publications and cross-checks them against your customer list.

Where it breaks down

Not reliably feasible. Thousands of SHAB entries appear daily in legal language — and a customer may show up under multiple name variants or only via their UID. By hand, names get missed, no one does UID matching manually, and the moment someone is off sick, gaps appear. The result is invisible risk.

02

A B2B database alert feature

Mark individual companies as "watched" and receive standard email notifications.

Where it breaks down

Built for single-entry queries, not entire customer lists. Usually only a handful of standard events (bankruptcy, address) — opportunity signals like leadership changes or purpose updates are missing entirely.

03

Credit insurance

A default insurance that pays out on unpaid invoices.

Where it breaks down

Reacts to the damage, not before. No opportunity lens (new mandate after a leadership change). Covers only insured customers, not your full portfolio.

Monitoring Radar tracks your entire list daily, matches normalized against 37 event types — and reports both risk and opportunity.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

What you probably want to know before the demo.

Where does the data come from?

From the daily Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SHAB) and Zefix. We process only publicly available commercial register data and match it against your customer list.

How does matching against our customer list work?

Primarily via UID (unique identifier). If no UID is available, we match on normalized company name plus seat. Uncertain matches are queued for manual confirmation — never auto-counted as hits.

How long does setup take?

Often same-day: you upload your customer list as CSV (or hand it over via API), we match entries in minutes and present uncertain matches for review. Rules for who receives which alerts are defined in a short onboarding call.

What if a match is wrong?

One click marks it as incorrect — the match is removed and the system remembers the distinction. Same-named companies are the main issue, and that is exactly what we specialize in.

Why not just use Moneyhouse alerts?

Moneyhouse alerts on a few standard events per searched company. Monitoring Radar covers 37 event types, matches normalized (robust against typos), adds opportunity signals on top of risk signals, and integrates directly into tasks and emails — not just a web list. See comparison above.

How does the alerting work in practice?

Three channels, mix-and-match per event type: (1) task with assignment in our platform, (2) email to one or more recipients, (3) webhook / API into your own system. You decide whether bankruptcy triggers an SMS or whether an address change is only a silent note.

Data protection?

EU hosting in Germany, GDPR-compliant, no resale — Swiss servers on request (Enterprise). Your customer list stays your customer list — never aggregated, sold, or used for model training.

Term and cancellation?

Cancel monthly, no minimum term. A one-time setup fee, then the monthly price — you can cancel at the end of any month.
